Steve will be presenting what to look for when inspecting gas and propane appliances along with proper regulator vent and relief valve piping, terminations and more.

Steve is currently the Owner and CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer) of JDS Swallow Heating and Cooling with almost 35 years of HVAC experience. Steve can also be found on campus and enjoys being a part time professor and instructor at Algonquin college. He prefers to be called the Team Leader and not the boss. A family man with 2 grandchildren whom he adores. He is always available to answer questions and likes to assist in any way he can.
