The course is available to all Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors’ students, staff and associated members. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of completion that can be applied as continuing education credits where applicable.

The goal of the training course is to provide the foundation for productive conversations with clients about taking action to install simple at home adaptation practices and installations to help reduce the likelihood of a future flood loss.
