Part 2: Regulations for drones in Canada (1 MRC)

In this presentation, Andrew will discuss regulations for remotely piloted aircraft system (RPAS) in Canada and how it relates to the home inspection industry.

Presenter:  Andrew Lesik is a Civil Aviation Safety Inspector for Transport Canada. Over the past 19 years, he has been involved in the oversight of commercial and private aircraft operations, specializing in flight crew training and evaluation. Prior to Joining Transport Canada, Andrew worked as a commercial pilot, flight instructor and pilot examiner after obtaining his pilot qualifications at the University of North Dakota. He started his TC career in Winnipeg but joined the Ontario region in Ottawa in 2017, where he has now taken on the development of regional oversight procedures for Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS).
